The first contains four bean bag chairs, an XBOX with a few games, a DVD player, air hockey and some board games. The TV is only for use with the XBOX and DVD player as is not currently connected to any TV aerial.
The first is a shower room comprising a large (1200 x 800) mains pressure driven shower, soft close seat toilet, wash basin and radiator for warming towels.












The sunny south facing sitting room overlooks the front garden and the centre of the village. There is a log burning stove which runs on gas (not logs), a TV with Freeview box, a telephone and a wireless broadband hub.

The sunny south facing dining room also overlooks the front garden and the centre of the village. There is a large dining table that easily seats eight people.
The kitchen overlooks the small rear garden. It is equipped with a freezer, fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave oven, four slice toaster, food processor, radio and ample crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is also a breakfast table that seats four.
At the rear of the house there is a toilet/boot room for walking coats, boots and golf trolleys. This is accessed via the ‘back house’ which contains a washing machine and sink. Outside in the rear garden there is a washing line and an additional washing rail to hose down wet suits.

Bedroom 2, which faces the front of the house, is a double bedroom comprising a 4ft 6ins bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, table, mirror, bedside table, radio alarm clock and a comfortable chair.
Bedroom 3, which faces the rear of the house with views over the Bristol channel and Wales, is a twin bedroom comprising two 2ft 6ins beds, chest of draws, table, mirror and a bedside table.
Bedroom 4, which faces the front of the house, is a single bedroom comprising a 3ft bed, chest of draws and a comfortable chair. An additional 3ft pull out bed can be installed (at a squeeze) if needed!

There are two rooms in the ample attics which are accessed by a rather narrow, but interesting, staircase.
The second contains a small settee and a single chair and makes a nice reading room. This was the last room we renovated hence the champagne!!
Both this second attic room, and bedroom 3, have wonderful views of the Bristol Channel and the Gower peninsular in Wales.
